The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Nanhe @ Babu Shah, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 120 of 2024, under Sections- 376-AB IPC and Section 5(M)/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Sheeshgarh, District- Bareilly. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against minor girl on 12.06.2024. Internal medical examination of victim was conducted on the same day. The doctor has noted that hymen of victim was freshly torned at 6 o'clock position. Therefore, the allegations against the applicant appears to be correct.
