The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Arun Kumar Bharti, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0314 of 2024, under Sections 120-B, 376 IPC and 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Phulpur, District- Azamgarh, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against a girl apart from offence under Section 67 I.T. Act. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that before the trial court, victim and her mother have been examined. They have not supported the prosecution case.
