Heard Sri Yadvendra Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Ashutosh Srivastava, learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. By means of the present application, the applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 85 of 2024, under Sections 8/20/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station - Ahraura, District - Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per the prosecution story, 152 kg of ganja is stated to have been recovered from the truck which was driven by the applicant on 24.04.2024 at about 04:30 PM by police. 5. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the applicant. There is no independent witness to support the prosecution version. There is n
