Victim protested against them for consuming liquor. Applicant slapped in her cheeks.There is no injury suggestive of commission of offence of rape.There is abrasion 3 Cm. of Rt. lps and complaint of pain and swelling in both lips.The applicant is in jail since 7.3.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit.
