The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ramesh Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Session No.635 of 2020, Case Crime No. 103 of 2020, under Sections 363, 366-A, 368, 376 IPC and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District- Etah, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant that he abducted the victim and subjected her to prostitution. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the victim has not disclosed the name of the applicant in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. He has been addressed as uncle only. Even otherwise the applicant is in jail since 25.3.2020. Before the trial court, two prosecution witnesses out of 23 have been examined including victim and her mother, the informant. The appli
