Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Chandan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 43/2024, under Sections 504, 506, 354-B, 376 of IPC, Police Station- Holagarh, District- Prayagraj, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against the victim. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that there was dispute between the parties. The parties were challaned on 22.03.2024, under section 151, 107, 116 Cr.P.C., thereafter, the present F.I.R. was lodged on false allegation on the same date i.e., 22.03.2024. The medical report of the victim does not supports prosecution case. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case
