There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of a minor girl with intent to marry, commission of offences of rape and penetrative sexual assault. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that although the victim is minor, aged about 14 years, but in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., she has neither made allegation of abduction nor rape against the applicant.
