It is alleged that incriminating video of the victim sent to the Kuldeep with whom marriage of the victim was settled.Victim herself not wanted to marry with Kuldeep.There is no evidence of making photo or video of victim viral.The applicant is in jail since 13.6.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit.
