Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the F.I.R. that one Ashkar has two wives.Applicant is brother-in-law of Ashkar and brother of his first wife.Because of animosity and dispute between both wives of Ashkar. His second wife has falsely implicated the applicant, who is brother of first wife of Ashkar He has been falsely implicated in this case.The applicant is in jail since 11.6.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit.
