There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offences of rape and outraging the modesty of minor girl. Counsel for the applicant has filed supplementary affidavit bringing on record the statement of victim recorded before the trial court. He has submitted that in the examination-in-chief the victim has supported the prosecution case but has turned hostile during cross-examination. The applicant is in jail since 18.03.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused, submissions of the learned counsel for the parties noted above, finding force in the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, larger mandate of the Article 21
