The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sonu Chauhan @ Kallu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.214 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 IPC and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Gorakhnath, District- Gorakhnath, during pendency of trial. Ossification test report of the victim has been received, which shows that she is aged about 17 years. Ossification test of the victim has been conducted on 02.5.2025.. At the time of incident in the year 2024, she was aged about 16 years. In her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. the victim has neither made allegation of abduction nor rape against the applicant. She is clearly a consenting party.
