FIR of the present case was lodged on 25.06.2024 at 21:43 hours under Section 307 IPC against the applicant and three others and as per the FIR, on 25.06.2024, at about 17:40 hours, applicant and others opened fire upon the brother of the informant and in the alleged firing, one Sushil also sustained injuries. 4.
