There are allegations against the applicant of committing offence of rape, criminal intimidation, penetrative sexual assault, and offence under I.T. Act and S.C./S.T. Act. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per report of the C.M.O. victim is aged about 18 years.Therefore, victim is not minor but major. From the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. it is clear that she knew the applicant well and may have entered into physical relationship with consent.No video of the victim was found to be made viral. The applicant is in jail since 20.4.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused, submissions of the learned counsel for the par
