The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant Meer Hasan with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.0164 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Behat, District Saharanpur, during pendency of the trial. 3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged by an Inspector Incharge of Police Station against six persons, including the applicant, stating that the accused persons have formed a gang and are indulged in committing offences.
