The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Waseem, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 63 of 2024, under Sections 376, 506 IPC, 3/4(2) POCSO Act and 67A I.T. Act, Police Station Charthawal, District- Muzaffar Nagar, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offences of rape, criminal intimidation and penetrative sexual assault against the daughter of the informant. There are also allegations against the applicant of making incriminating video and photographs of the victim viral. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that no such incriminating video was recovered by the Inve
