She has not made any reference to the name of applicant in her statement before the doctor. Only to save co-accused, Brijesh, she has falsely implicated the applicant in this case. It is a case of false implication of applicant. He is in jail since 13.06.2023 and has no criminal history to his credit. Trial has begun.
