Act, Police Station- Kotwali Hata, District- Kushinagar. There are allegations against the applicant that he intoxicating the victim and thereafter committing the offence of rape. Counsel for the applicant submits that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C has admitted that had friendship with the applicant for last one year.
