Heard Sri Charan Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Saif Ullah, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offences of rape, criminal intimidation and offence under Section 67 of I.T. Act. Counsel for the applicant submits that the victim is a major woman and has falsely implicated the applicant on false allegation. She could not produce any evidence of making of her videograph or photograph viral by applicant before the police. The applicant is in jail since 29.03.2023 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail but could not disputed the above submission. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused, submissions of the learned counsel for the parties noted above, fin
