The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Shivam, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 102 of 2024, under Sections 323, 376, 504, 506 IPC, 5m/6 POCSO Act and 3(2)(v) SC/ST Act, Police Station Aliganj, District- Etah, during pendency of trial. The applicant has been implicated in this case on the allegations of causing hurt to the victim, committing the offence of rape, criminal intimidation and offence under Section 3(2)(v) SC/ST Act and 5m/6 POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that initially FIR was lodged under Sections 354, 323, 506 and 7/6 POCSO Act. Subsequently implication of the applicant was made under Section 376 IPC. He has submitted that medical report of the victim does not supports the prosecution
