The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ravi Kumar Valmiki, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 32 of 2024, under Sections 376 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Pilua, District- Etah, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against the victim after dragging her into the mustard field. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned AGA has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant.
