Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.128 of 2024, under Sections 64, 333, 351(2), 351(3), 352 B.N.S., Police Station- Bahadurgarh, District- Hapur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim by entering her house on 11.7.2024 at about 06:00 a.m. The husband of the victim reached there, as such, the applicant ran away from the place of occurrence. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about thirteen hours
