The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Naushad Ansari, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 33/2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 a, b IPC and 5m/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Ahraura, District- Mirzapur, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of minor girl with intent to marry, commission of offence of rape and offence under section 5M/6 of POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is aged about 20 years while the victim is aged about 14-15 years. They are well known to each other. Medical report of the victim does not supports the prosecution case. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He
