The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Govind Das Alias Ballu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 272 of 2024, under Sections 376(A)(B) IPC and 5m/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Mauranipur, District- Jhansi, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against a minor girl, aged about seven years. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned AGA has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant.
