There are allegations against the applicant and two co-accused of committing offence of gang rape against the victim. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of false implication. The victim is alleged to have been subjected to offence of rape. There is no sign of rape apparent from her medical report.There was no internal injury caused to the victim. The applicant is in jail since .18.9.2023 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
