The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Jaiveer Gangwar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 73 of 2022, under Sections 376, 323, 506 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Khudaganj, District- Shahjahanpur, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against his minor daughter. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that FIR has been lodged by the mother of the victim and wife of the applicant. It is a case of no injury suffered by the victim.
