There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against minor girl. Counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of false implication. The elder sister of victim, Anshu, had love affair with Sandeep Kumar who was son of applicant's bua. One year ago Anshu eloped with Sandeep Kumar and solemnized marriage with him against the wishes of her parents. The family member of victim have enmity with the applicant because they believed that applicant had played active role in elopement of elder sister of victim, Anshu. It is pertinent to mention here that the first information is doing work as maid servant at the house of ex-village Pradhan Pintoo Singh, who is an inimical terms w
