The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Faizan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 81 of 2024, under Sections 376(2)(N), 506 IPC and 5/6, 13/14 POCSO Act, Police Station Dhebarua, District- Siddharth Nagar, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the repeated offences of rape, criminal intimidation and conspiracy. Implication of the applicant under POCSO Act has also been made. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the victim has claimed her age as 17 years in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.
