There are allegations against the applicant of committing offence of rape, criminal intimidation and offence under IT Act. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that victim is major. She had consenting relation-ship with the applicant but she has later falsely implicated him. There is no evidence of applicant making any photographs/video of victim viral. Applicant is in jail since 18.03.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused; submissions of the learned counsel for the parties noted above; finding force in the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applica
