The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Jitendra Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 117 of 2023, under Section- 498-A, 304 B of I.P.C. and section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station - Rani-ki-Sarai, District- Azamgarh. This is second bail application of the applicant.
