The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Brijesh Nishad @ Sahni with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 123 of 2024, under Sections 376(2)(N), 506 IPC and Section 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Ramgarhtal, District- Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of repeated rape and criminal intimidation against a girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that victim is major woman. No incriminating video and photographs have been recovered. The victim refused to get herself medically examined.
