The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Manik Chandra @ Lalla Kushwaha, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.75 of 2024, under Sections 342, 376-AB, 506 IPC and Section 6 POCSO Act, Police Station Binwar, District- Hamirpur, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of outraging the modesty of a minor girl. Subsequently, he has been implicated for committing the offence of rape also. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that from the injury report of the victim and first statement before the doctor, it is clear that applicant at the most committed the offence of attempt to rape. He is related to the victim as uncle (Fufa). He has been falsely implicated in this case due to dispute b
