Counsel for the applicant submits that although the victim is aged about between 17 and 18 years but from her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., it appears that the applicant took her from her house on gun point and after committing the offence of rape also dropped back to her house. Counsel for the applicant also submits that no rapist will drop the victim back to her house. It is a case of false implication. In the medical report of victim, injuries have been found on her left and right arm in the form of bruises. Injury was also found on her right knee and bruise was found on her left hip.
