The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Viajy Shankar Yadav, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.270 of 2024, under Sections 328, 376, 506 IPC and 67-A I.T. Act, Police Station Gola, District- Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offences of rape, intoxication, criminal intimidation and offence under Section 67-A I.T. Act against a woman. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that victim is aged about 40 years. She was having consenting relationship with the applicant. Her sister-in-law (Nanad) had made incriminating video. Sister-in-law of the victim has stated that she had uncordial relationship with the victim and had made her incriminating video viral.
