This is second bail application of the applicant. 3. First bail application of the applicant was rejected by the coordinate Bench of this court on 30.09.2022 which is available now. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail since 14.10.2020 and has been implicated in 3 cases after implication in the present case. The merits of the case were considered in the first bail application which was rejected. 5. Keeping in view the delay in trial the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
