The allegations against the applicant for committing the offence of rape against married and major women aged about 32 years. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is not a case of forcible relationship rather a case of consent. The applicant is aged about 28 years only. The F.I.R. was lodged on the pressure of family member of victim. Before the trial court, the victim has been examined and has stated that she lodged the F.I.R. at the behest of her father. The applicant is in jail since 15.04.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. 4. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail. 5.
