Heard Shri Avanish Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. This is the second bail application. The first bail application was rejected by this Bench vide order dated 15.12.2023. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that before the trial court six out of 14 prosecution witnesses have only been examined. The statement of the victim has already been recorded. There is no possibility of early conclusion of trial.The applicant is in jail since 29.5.2023 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
