Learned counsel for the applicant submits that initially implication of the applicant was not made for committing offence of outraging the modesty of the victim subsequently allegations were intensified of commission the offence of rape.There is no medical corroborative evidence since victim has refused her medical examination.Applicant has been falsely implicated in this case.He is in jail since 19.4.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit.
