Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Vishwajet Alias Vishu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.88 of 2024, under Sections 376(2)n, 506 I.P.C. and 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Belghat, District- Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial. From the supplementary affidavit, it appears that applicant has not made any effort to settle his dispute with the victim. He has only stated that he could not contact the victim. The applicant was granted interim bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 3.10.2024, but he has not made any serious efforts to contact the victim.
