The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 851 of 2024, under Sections 85, 115(2), 351(3), 352, 109(1), 118(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Tajganj, District Agra.
