The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mangal Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 62 of 2024, under Sections 342, 376, 504, 506 of IPC, Police Station Chaubiya, District- Etawah, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of gang rape against the victim and two unknown accused. The applicant after committing the alleged offence left his mobile phone at the place of victim and the victim called her mother from his phone and informed abut the incident. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that it is a case of false implication of t
