Learned A.G.A. informs that notice has been served upon the informant but no one appears on his behalf. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. There are allegations against the applicant of committing offence of rape against minor girl aged about 15 years. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that medical examination of the victim was not conducted on the date of lodging of the First Information Report. The same was conducted after two days of the incident.The cloth worn by the mother of the victim were got worn by the victim herself and it was sent to the F.S.L. As per F.S.L. report Spermatozoa was found in the undergarments.Thereafter court directed the learned A.G.A. to get D.N.A. Report .Time was granted to the learned A.G.A. to file D.N.A. report on 8.8.2024, 19.3.2025 and 10.4.2025 but same has not been received by the learned A.G.A. It is a case of false implic
