Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. There are allegations against the applicant of committing offence of rape against the minor girl aged about 10 years. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of false implication of the applicant. Before the trial court father and mother of the victim and victim herself have been examined. Therefore, there is no possibility of tampering the prosecution evidence. Applicant is in jail since 17.07.2023 and has no previous criminal history to his credit. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
