The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rinku Urf Raj Sahani, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 326/2023, under Sections 498-A, 304B, 302/34 of IPC and section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Bakhira, District- Sant Kabir Nagar, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the murder of his wife. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the victim committed suicide by way of hanging. No role of applicant was there. He has been falsely implicated in this case.
