The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Devendra Ahirwar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 128 of 2023, under Sections 376(AB), 354-B, 506 IPC and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Baragaon, District- Jhansi, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape of his minor daughter. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that initially FIR was lodged against the applicant under Section 354-B and 3/4 POCSO Act. Subsequently allegations have been intensified by the victim at the behest of wife of the applicant and his further implication under Sections 376(AB), 354-B, 506 IPC and 5/6 POCSO Act has been made because of dispute of the applicant with his wife. Applicant has been false
