Act.. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that victim is not minor but major. As per report of the C.M.O. dated 9.5.2025, victim is aged about 21 years. One year ago she was aged about 20 years.As per statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. she knew the applicant for long time. Victim has falsely implicated the applicant.The applicant is in jail since 5.3.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit.Prosecution witnesses have not supported the prosecution case.
