Heard Shri Ray Sahab Yadav learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State and perused the material on record. Learned A.G.A has informed that notice has been served upon the informant but no one appears on his behalf. There are allegations in the First Information Report regarding commission of offence of rape, criminal intimidation and hatching of conspiracy . Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that allegations are not credible. One Neha daughter of Kripa Shanker is alleged to have taken the victim to her uncle's place where applicant is alleged to have committed alleged offence against her. Neha left the house of the applicant and went away. Learned counsel for the applicant has further submitted that incident had taken place on 12.11.2023 at about 6 P.M..
