The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Manoj Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 16 of 2024, under Sections 376AB IPC and 5M/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Sakrauli, District- Etah, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of inserting finger in the private part of a minor girl, aged about six years. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case as clear from the medical report of the victim. There is no sign of commission of alleged offence. The doctor, who conducted the medical examination of the victim, has not found any commission of alleged offence.
