Heard Sri Pushpendra Singh, holding brief of Sri Raghvendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ramesh Kumar Singh, holding brief of Sri Shekhar Singh, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 394 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1), 351(2) of BNS and Sections 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Khandauli, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant, aged about 15 years, on 02.12.2024 at about 6 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence
