First and second bail applications were rejected by coordinate bench of this court, which is not available. Status report of the trial court has been received, which shows that three prosecution witnesses out of 32 have been examined. Applicant is languishing in jail since 19.03.2020. There is no possibility of earlier conclusion the trial. Some of the accused have been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C for facing trial. The fate of the trial is uncertain. Applicant has criminal history of one minor case. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
