The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Kallu @ Ramcharan with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0762 of 2024, under Sections 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Kosikalan, District- Mathura. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 63 Kg. 300 gm. of Gana is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant and co-accused persons.
